well in gta 4 many people have the loading problem well i have the solition for that and it worked for me well
what you do is simple while tha loading screen appears open the home menu where windows live bar will open then close it after a few seconds the game will resume and
there you have the solution
THIS SOLUTION WAS GIVEN BY A VERY GOOD FRD OF MINE
AND THIS SOUTION IS NOT FOUND ON GOOGLE AT ALL
